I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Regina. She quickly became our friend. I randomly found her on my own by researching online, and I didn’t talk to anyone before booking her. After the first meeting with her, I just knew she was a good fit for us. I don’t regret booking her or the money we spent by booking her. I’ve told everyone it was the best wedding expense because Regina really helped to bring our vision to life. Regina’s greatest asset is her ability to communicate effectively and make your wishes come true within your budget or if it’s not possible within your budget, she will be upfront and tell you that your expectations aren’t realistic. I had a couple of those situations, and I really appreciated Regina for being upfront with me. I would say my biggest regret is not having booked Regina at the very beginning. We started our planning in April 2016, with the intention of having our wedding within 6 months. We booked Regina in June/July. We tried to handle some things on our own starting out, but it became overwhelming very fast, especially with our shorter planning timeframe. So I would say definitely book a wedding planner (REGINA) sooner rather than later. Regina has great vendor connections. She’s professional and always had a very positive attitude. Overall, our experience with Regina was awesome!

Regina is probably the best thing that happened to us. She is very professional and takes care of pretty much everything. She made sure all the vendors did exactly what was written on the contracts and made sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. She worked with me on the small details I was worried about. Regina and her team are a blessing to have for your events. Don’t hesitate to hire her for your events she won’t let you down. Regina and her team did everything to make sure my wedding goes perfect and it did thanks to them. Our family and friends said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Regina and her team were a BLESSING to work with! My fiancé (now husband) said that I needed to get a day of coordinator because I’m OCD and would fix anything that was wrong myself and drive myself crazy on our wedding day otherwise. Best advice ever! I’m a control freak and she turned ALL of my dreams into reality! It was by far the busiest day of my life and she made it all happen. Not only does she make you feel special as a bride but also as a good friend. We clicked in the first minute of our phone conversation and I’ve now made a lifelong friend. I HIGHLY recommend Regina and her team for any event that you have in your future. She worked well with our absolutely crazy schedule as I planned this wedding from long distance. Her professionalism and advice helped me make many important decisions and turned our wedding into everything I had hoped with memories to last a lifetime.

My mom and I were pretty stressed leading up to the wedding and had done a lot of the planning on our own. When we got down to the one month mark, we realized we needed some help with getting things organized and executing the big day. Luckily Regina was recommended by a friend and she stepped right in and began helping immediately. Although Regina’s services were mainly for the rehearsal and “day of”, she really helped out by contacting our other vendors in the weeks leading up and streamlining the process as their main contact. She picked up a ton of our wedding supplies and made sure everything day of looked perfect. She was always super responsive to our emails, calls, and questions and always made me feel like I was number one as the bride! Her staff was also very helpful and super sweet. . . Overall, very happy with her services and I’d recommend Regina in a heart beat. For me, the stress was pretty minimal day of thanks to her so I am forever grateful! 🙂

Regina and her staff were a pleasure to work with as day of coordinator for my wedding at the Palmer House in Chicago. She compiled a detailed itinerary well in advance of the event, and was flexible as I added and took out things at the last minute. We went over the itinerary before the day of the wedding and she asked several questions to make sure I was comfortable with everything that would be happening behind the scenes. She made sure all my vendors knew what was happening and when, so that I could just wake up and begin enjoying my day. I did not have a moment of anxiety about the actual event the entire day, which was the best gift! If I asked any questions throughout the day, Regina or one of her staff members had an immediate answer, so I always felt they were in complete control. They made sure all our gifts and valuables were safely (and neatly) brought up to the honeymoon suite at the appropriate time, which was another stress reliever not to have to worry about that! Regina herself also went the extra mile while I was planning the wedding, although I just hired her for day of coordination: she introduced me to some great vendors, gave advice when I asked (how much do I tip vendors?!), and talked me through some decisions by telling me different ideas she has seen at her other weddings. It was like having a good friend to talk about the wedding with, except she never got sick of my questions!! I would highly recommend Regina and her staff for a wedding. They know their stuff!
